• A clear unboxing video is required for verification
  (Returns without unboxing videos will not be accepted.)

🚫 Returns Not Accepted For:

• Change of mind or dislike

• Used, worn, or damaged items after delivery

• Requests made after 7 days

1. Record an unboxing video before opening the package
